Job Description & Summary

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar estrategicamente em remuneração fixa e variável;
  • Realizar pesquisas salariais (Mercer, Towers, WTW, Korn Ferry, Aon, Career Muller, entre outras);
  • Apoiar na definição estratégica de salários base e competitividade e resultados de mercado;
  • Construir, revisar e propor tabelas salariais, incluindo ajustes e análises comparativas;
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas voltadas para políticas de remuneração;
  • Implementar e acompanhar modelos de remuneração variável (ICP, ILP, bônus, PLR);
  • Utilizar metodologias globais como Mercer IPE, Towers GGS e similares;

Requisitos:

Sólida atuação em remuneração estratégica (além da operação);

Inglês Intermediário / Avançado;

Vivência consolidada em metodologias de remuneração: WTW, Korn Ferry, e/ou Mercer;

Experiência com pesquisas salariais e remuneração variável (PLR, Bônus, etc);

Proficiência em Excel e pacote Office;

Conhecimentos em benefícios será um diferencial, assim como conhecimentos em PowerBI;

Capacidade de análise de mercado e competitividade;

Habilidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e com alta skill de curiosidade para aprender e se desenvolver
