Sobre o cargo:
Como Analista de Serviços você será a pessoa responsável em realizar o atendimento a clientes Top Accounts, com o objetivo de trazer oportunidades de melhorias na gestão de frotas dos clientes.
Principais atividades:
- Realizar atendimento aos clientes de sua carteira;
- Mapear oportunidades de melhorias na gestão de frotas dos clientes;
- Estruturar plano de ação com o intuito de melhorar a performance da frota;
- Analisar indicadores de desempenho mensal, elaborar os relatórios e apresentar aos clientes;
- Atuar sempre visando a satisfação e sucesso dos clientes.
O que buscamos:
- Ensino Superior nas áreas de Gestão Comercial, Administração, ou áreas afins será um diferencial;
- Experiência em atendimento e resolução de problemas junto à clientes;
- Organização, senso de urgência, comunicação, colaboração, pró atividade, visão sistêmica, foco no cliente;
- Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação, negociação e analítica;
- Conhecimentos no Pacote Office.
Diferencias:
Conhecimentos em Power BI;
Conhecimentos no sistema Soulog+ (para candidatos internos).
