We are seeking an analytical and proactive Systems Development Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions, supporting the analysis, design, and development of business systems. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements, assess existing systems, and translate operational challenges into effective technical solutions. You will be responsible for managing demands throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to implementation follow-up and delivery. Using tools such as Jira, SQL, and Agile methodologies, you will help organize workflows, monitor priorities, and ensure project progress. You will also contribute to identifying opportunities for process optimization through Artificial Intelligence and enterprise architecture practices.
