  • Realizar análisis financieros integrales, incluyendo análisis de variaciones, identificación de tendencias y modelado de escenarios para respaldar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Evaluar el desempeño financiero en relación con indicadores clave (KPIs) y proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar los resultados del negocio.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar pronósticos y presupuestos financieros precisos y detallados.
  • Monitorear el desempeño presupuestal y trabajar con las unidades de negocio para analizar y explicar desviaciones.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes financieros oportunos y precisos para la alta dirección, destacando tendencias clave, riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Apoyar en el desarrollo y optimización de herramientas de reporteo y tableros para mejorar la eficiencia en la toma de decisiones.

Liderar análisis financieros especiales y proyectos ad-hoc para respaldar iniciativas estratégicas del negocio.

Proporcionar información financiera personalizada y recomendaciones para impulsar el desempeño operativo y financiero.
