Nossa equipe de Tecnologia da Informação se concentra em gerenciar o design e a implementação da infraestrutura de tecnologia na PwC, desenvolvendo e aprimorando aplicativos internos e fornecendo ferramentas de tecnologia que ajudam a criar uma vantagem competitiva para a PwC para impulsionar o crescimento estratégico dos negócios.
MSS - Serviço gerenciado para:
- Administrar e/ou gerenciar tecnologias de segurança do cliente.
- Ações de contenção e recuperação
- Executar playbooks do cliente em caso de incidentes
- Executar playbooks da PwC em caso de incidentes
- Analisar notificações de IoCs e realizar pesquisas
- Solicitar o bloqueio de IoCs no Firewall
- Solicitar a inclusão de Ips na blocklist do WAF
- Recomendar ações para a prevenção de incidentes
- Realizar follow-up nas tratativas de incidentes com os responsáveis
- Ativar o Processo de escalation de Incidente
- Validar a resposta aplicada ao incidente
- Fechar o chamado do Incidente
- Realizar as lições aprendidas com sugestões de melhorias futuras
- Sugerir modificações nas parametrizações de alerta e ações do EDR quando identificar pontos de melhoria
- Atuar no hunting de informações sobre o incidente
- Atuar em investigações mais complexas sobre o incidente
- Isolar os endpoints através do EDR do cliente
- Analisar notificações de IoCs e realizar pesquisas
