Profesional en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Periodismo, Marketing, Relaciones Internacionales o carreras afines.

Idealmente, 1 a 3 años de experiencia en agencias de comunicación, PR, comunicación corporativa o áreas relacionadas. La experiencia previa con clientes de salud, farmacéuticas, dispositivos médicos, bienestar o industrias reguladas será valorada, pero no es indispensable.

Excelente redacción y ortografía en español, con capacidad para adaptar contenidos a distintos formatos y audiencias.

Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado, para participar en proyectos regionales y trabajar con materiales en este idioma.

Interés genuino por el sector salud y disposición para aprender sobre ciencia, innovación, políticas públicas, regulación y dinámicas de la industria.

Capacidad de investigación y análisis, atención al detalle y rigurosidad en el manejo de información.

Organización y capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos, prioridades y deadlines simultáneamente.

Proactividad: esperamos una persona que no solo ejecute tareas, sino que haga preguntas, identifique oportunidades y proponga mejores maneras de hacer las cosas.

Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios.
