Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

Experience

• •3-7 years’ relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Risk Analytics or related disciplines using SQL and Python
• •Experience developing dashboards and management reporting solutions using Power Bi and Tableau.
• •Experience delivering automation and data-driven process improvements.

Technical Capabilities

• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• •Advanced SQL, Excel and Power BI capability.
• •Experience with Python and automation technologies.
• •Knowledge of data modelling and reporting frameworks.
• •Understanding of risk, compliance or control environments preferred.
• •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts desirable.

Qualification Requirements

• •Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• •Power BI, SQL, Python language Proficiency.
• •Banking, Financial Services, Risk or Audit experience preferred.

Key Accountabilities

• •Develop, maintain and enhance risk dashboards, analytics and reporting solutions for NAB India Risk
• •Analyse data relating to Risks, Controls, Events, Findings and Obligations to identify emerging themes and trends
• •Support Line 2 reviews, assurance activities and thematic assessments through targeted analytics
• •Build automated monitoring and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python and Power Platform tools
• •Support Regulatory Change Monitoring and Obligation Compliance oversight through analytics-driven insights
• •Improve data quality, consistency and accessibility across India Risk reporting assets
• •Produce regular and ad-hoc management information for governance forums and leadership reporting
• •Contribute to AI-enabled monitoring, predictive analytics and continuous improvement initiatives across the India Risk function
• •Maintain appropriate documentation and governance for analytical models, dashboards and reporting tools
