Job Description:
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Analyst – Business Development & Analysis is to support department deliverables, conduct competitive research on the Company’s business and markets, and participate in ongoing discussions on business strategy.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Utilize available resources to develop business intelligence and materials that aid the company's decision-making process.
Participate in ongoing discussions on business strategy including, but not limited to, the opening of new properties, expansions of existing properties, revenue / EBITDA growth, possible sales of existing properties / REIT opportunities, and identifying potential markets for new Integrated Resorts.
Develop market comparison analysis, for each market, on a real time basis while deepening industry knowledge of business terminology and trends.
Prepare market comparison analyses, for all existing markets, comprised of gaming revenue, visitation growth, tourism receipts, hotel statistics, and other relevant information pertaining to the specific market.
Maintain a database of industry and competitive statistics and data to assist with the analysis of new market opportunities and benchmarking against competition.
Assist with key corporate reporting deliverables, including quarterly Board of Directors materials and global gaming reports supporting earnings call preparation, as well as the development, maintenance, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc performance metrics.
Utilize agentic AI, generative AI platforms, and other advanced analytical technologies to support market research, business intelligence, database management, competitive analysis, reporting, and knowledge management initiatives, while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Four-year degree from an accredited university or college.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certification or license, as required by law or policy.
2+ years of experience with operations and/or strategy analysis required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging agentic AI, generative AI, automation, and data analysis tools to support research, reporting, database maintenance, business intelligence, and workflow optimization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to:
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work remotely as necessary.
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
