What is the opportunity?

RBC is seeking an Analyst to join a dynamic, globally connected and fast-growing team. The role is responsible for supporting the index, sectors and single trading team, thereby expanding our inventory optimization capabilities. The incumbent will grow into a future talent to back up senior colleagues and eventually run a trading book.

What will you do?

• •Work with internal stakeholders, building out the business platform while applying coding proficiency through-out
• •Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand client needs and drive change
• •Understand regulatory implications for clients and action with the appropriate team
• •Represent RBC in an appropriate manner at all times
• •Work according to RBC values, leading by example and driving the business forward

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

• •Degree qualification or equivalent
• •Notable industry-relevant experience
• •Excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual professional proficiency
• •Proven coding skills (Python)
