Analyst I, GBS Global Transformation

Location: Ahmedabad

Position Overview

The Analyst I, GBS Global Transformation, will support the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across Global Business Services. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvement, standardization, automation, analytics, and operational excellence initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and value creation across GBS operations.

The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder collaboration skills to support transformation programs, identify improvement opportunities, track benefits realization, and contribute to the evolution of GBS into a high-performing, value-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• •Support the execution of GBS transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• •Assist in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities across GBS functions.
• •Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and operating models.
• •Participate in process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Project Management & Governance

• •Support project planning, tracking, and governance activities.
• •Maintain project documentation, status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
• •Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery against objectives.
• •Coordinate with global stakeholders to gather inputs and track progress.

Data Analytics & Insights

• •Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• •Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• •Track transformation KPIs and benefits realization metrics.
• •Support business case development for transformation initiatives.

Change Management

• •Assist in preparing communication materials, presentations, and training content for transformation programs.
• •Support adoption and change management activities during project implementations.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement and awareness of process changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• •Partner with GBS teams, Process Owners, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to support transformation objectives.
• •Facilitate information gathering, workshops, and process review sessions.
• •Ensure effective communication and alignment across project teams.
