· Support vulnerability remediation and compliance activities for the virtual infrastructure.

· Support Cisco UCS / Intersight hardware operations and lifecycle activities.

· Create and update documentation, including SOPs, runbooks and knowledge base articles.

· Participate in the on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance windows.

· Collaborate with storage, networking, security and application teams to deliver reliable services to end users.

Required Skills

· PowerCLI and/or PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

· Windows Server and Linux (RHEL or similar) administration.

· Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, Layer 2/3, server NIC configuration).
