Job Description

As Analyst, Innovation Strategy & Foresights for the North America Zone, you will support the creation & ongoing maintenance of a unified zone innovation strategy by building the analyses, portfolio views, and monitoring tools that keep NA Innovation strategically focused and operationally on track. You will translate brand-agnostic consumer and market signals into clear strategic options, bringing forward recommendations that help define and advance the Zone’s innovation agenda.

Key Components of the Role

Support shaping the NA Zone innovation strategy by helping identify where to play, supporting innovation sufficiency target tracking, and connecting analyses and recommendations to the overall KHC growth plan

Translate brand-agnostic trend and foresight inputs into clear implications, opportunity areas, and “so what” summaries that can be applied across brands, categories, and channels.

Directly lead and / or partner with BU cross-functionals to bring ‘big bet’ innovation projects to life

Build and maintain practical tools, templates, and reporting to operationalize innovation strategy & foresights ways of working (e.g., inputs-to-brief connections, learning plans, decision points, and pipeline snapshots).

Create decision-ready materials (slides, pre-reads, and summary narratives) that synthesize inputs into clear options, trade-offs, and recommended paths forward.

Support portfolio views and roadmaps by organizing data, structuring comparisons, and helping teams see sequencing, dependencies, and key decisions.

Support non-adjacent category expansion exploration by helping structure hypotheses, learning agendas, and early concepting inputs so teams can pressure-test efficiently and stay decision-ready.

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing or innovation experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions into clear analyses and outputs; familiarity with IRI.

Experience synthesizing multiple inputs (consumer and market signals, business context, and cross-functional considerations) into clear implications and recommendations.

Comfort operating across multiple workstreams at once, maintaining strong attention to detail, timelines, and follow-through.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
