General Objectives:

To support strategic business planning and performance monitoring for Japanese Corporate Banking, including management reporting, business analysis, and coordination of key initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• •Support business planning and strategic initiatives for Japanese Corporate Banking
• •Monitor business performance and prepare regular management reports and presentation materials
• •Analyze business data and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making
• •Support departmental projects and business improvement initiatives
• •Coordinate with relevant internal departments and overseas branches to support business activities
• •Maintain effective coordination with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree from any major
• •Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Good presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• •Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Good command of English, both written and spoken
• •Experience in banking, business planning, or project management is a plus
