Job Description: Analyst - Operational Excellence (Procurement & 3P Ops)
Role Overview
The Analyst - Operational Excellence (Procurement & 3P Manufacturing) will serve as the analytical and process engine of Nutrabay’s Supply Chain & Operations team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager / Manager – Procurement (or Head of Supply Chain), this role focuses on translating data into action—eliminating process bottlenecks, building robust performance dashboards, and auditing material reconciliations with third-party (3P) contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data, Analytics & Dashboard Ownership
- SLA & OTIF Tracking: Own, build, and maintain performance dashboards tracking key supply chain metrics including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, vendor lead times, and rejection rates.
- Inventory Analytics: Monitor and report daily/weekly In-Stock Rates for high-priority SKUs and track Inventory Days of Hand (DOH) to balance working capital.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate and document supply chain disruptions, material stockouts, and lead-time delays to implement corrective actions.
2. 3P Manufacturing & Material Reconciliation
- Material Reconciliation: Standardize and execute the monthly reconciliation of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) shipped to and utilized by contract manufacturers (co-packers).
- Yield & Waste Tracking: Audit production batch yields and process wastage at 3P sites to flag variances and ensure compliance with agreed-upon SLA benchmarks.
- Capacity Tracking: Monitor manufacturing capacities of active partners to flag future bottlenecks during peak D2C launch periods.
3. Process Improvement & SOPs
- P2P Optimization: Analyze and streamline the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process (from Purchase Requisition creation to Goods Receipt Note and invoice matching) to reduce cycle times.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Design, implement, and audit standard workflows for vendor onboarding, material tracking, and quality-rejection return loops.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reporting Accuracy & Uptime: 100% timely and accurate weekly/monthly supply chain dashboards.
- Cycle Time Reduction: 15–20% reduction in Procure-to-Pay process cycle times.
- Material Variance: Maintain RM/PM reconciliation variance at 3P manufacturing partners below ±0.5%.
- SLA Compliance: Drive high compliance in vendor performance metrics tracking (OTIF, lead times).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, procurement ops, or operational excellence roles (ideally within FMCG, E-commerce, or manufacturing setups).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory. Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles (Green Belt is a major plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or an analytical field.
Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office)
