Analyst, People Operations (Dutch Speaker)

Job Summary

The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
• •Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
• •Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
• •Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
• •Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
• •Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
• •Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• •Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
• •Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Fluent in English and Dutch , both written and spoken
• •Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
• •Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindset
• •Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• •Comfortable handling confidential HR information
• •Proficient in MS Office and typing
• •Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus
• •Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
• •Able to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
