About This Opportunity

As a Analytics Solutions Co-op, you will play a meaningful role in the Analytics Solutions team, partnering closely with analytics team to help shape the future of the organization through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders—including senior leaders—while contributing to projects that influence key business decisions.

• This opportunity runs from January 2027 through June 2027, with some flexibility on start and end to accommodate academic schedules.

• Weekly Schedul e
• This is a full-time co-op experience, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, designed to provide hands-on, real-world exposure.

As an Analytics Solutions Co-op, you’ll work on high-impact, fast-paced projects that support meaningful business outcomes while accelerating your professional growth. You’ll gain exposure to core analytics disciplines — including data analysis, SQL and data preparation, business intelligence and dashboard development, and analytics product design — applied broadly across marketing, performance, and enrollment domains.

With mentorship from senior leaders, you’ll help conduct analyses that inform Risepoint’s strategic direction. Working cross-functionally, you’ll structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable, value-added recommendations that drive business growth.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

Support end-to-end analytics projects across the Analytics Solutions team: pulling and cleaning data, extracting key insights, communicating hypotheses to stakeholders, and helping inform business decisions

Write and optimize SQL queries in Databricks to prepare, transform, and validate datasets for analysis and reporting

Help build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting experiences (semantic models, DAX measures) that deliver insights to internal leadership and university partners

Contribute to Risepoint’s AI-first analytical practices by incorporating tools like Claude and Databricks Genie into day-to-day workflows to accelerate analysis and communication; AI is a productivity tool here, not a replacement for analytical judgment, and the expectation is full ownership of and accountability for the work product

Conduct exploratory analyses (funnel, cohort, and performance) to surface KPIs, answer business questions, and connect marketing investment to downstream outcomes through enrollment

Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s data, systems/tools, processes, personnel, and strategic direction across the analytics ecosystem

Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and support data-informed decisions

You will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain analytical accuracy under time pressure; you validate before you publish and catch discrepancies before they reach stakeholders

• •Impact is measured by the quality and reliability of the analyses, dashboards, and insights you help deliver, and how directly they inform Analytics Solutions’ work and business decisions

Strong proficiency and/or working experience in SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, Power BI, and data analysis

Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
