Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Associate Anaplan Model Builder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models that help our clients streamline planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Anaplan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Design, develop, and maintain robust Anaplan models aligned with business needs across various domains such as finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.
• •Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and validate requirements to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• •Write complex Anaplan formulas, settings, and processes to optimize model functionality and user experience.
• •Support data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems as required.
• •Perform model testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and performance.
• •Provide user training and documentation to support adoption and effective use of Anaplan models.
• •Troubleshoot issues and optimize models to maintain high performance.
• •Stay current with Anaplan best practices, updates, and emerging features to continuously improve model design.
• •Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• •2-4 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or in a related planning/analytics role.
• •Strong proficiency in Anaplan model building including module design, lists, dashboards, and formula writing.
• •Solid understanding of business processes in finance, sales, supply chain, or operations.
• •Experience with data integration and ETL processes a plus.
• •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Effective communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
• •Anaplan certification(s) highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• •Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.
• •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• •Knowledge of additional enterprise planning platforms or BI tools is a bonus.
