About the role:

You'll build individual Android features end-to-end in Kotlin, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable, user-facing functionality.

What you'll do:

Work within a Kotlin/Jetpack Compose codebase, shipping through GitLab with automated release trains every 3 weeks

Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA to define and deliver features

Operate inside a modern app architecture (MVI + Clean) with dependency injection and reactive data flows

What you'll own:

Develop and implement individual features from scratch with high-quality, maintainable code

Integrate RESTful APIs into the Android app using OkHttp

Conduct code reviews, give feedback, and refactor code to uphold quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve issues surfaced by users or through testing

Partner with QA to ensure proper test coverage and release quality

What makes you a strong fit:

4+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin

Strong knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack Compose

Experience with modern app architecture (MVI + Clean principles) and dependency injection (Dagger)

Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs (OkHttp) and working with coroutines and Kotlin Flow

Practical experience writing Unit/Integration tests (Mockito, JUnit)

Comfortable with Git-based workflows and structured release cycles (GitLab, release trains)
