### Die Aufgabe

  • Anlagenbuchhaltung und Mietschulden: eigenverantwortliche Übernahme
  • Projekte: Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Datenpflege: Stammdaten für Anlagevermögen und Mietschulden
  • Verwaltung: PSP-Elemente
  • Anlagenfinanzierung: Buchung und Verwaltung
  • Abschlüsse erstellen: Mitwirkung im Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss

### Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium
  • Erfahrung: im Anlagenbuchhaltung und idealerweise im Bereich Mietschulden
  • IT-Kenntnisse: gute SAP (FI und AA) Kenntnisse
  • Arbeitsweise: selbstständig, lösungsorientiert
  • Soft Skills: Engagement und Teamgeist
