Anlagenführer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt: Pulverbeschichtung Die REISS Büromöbel GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Tradionsunternehmen mit über 140 Jahren Erfahrung in der Produktion moderner Büroeinrichtungen nach neuesten Industrie-4.0-Standards. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/einen zuverlässigen und qualifizierten Anlagenführer in unserer Holzfertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen und Überwachen der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Pulverbeschichtung gemäß technischer Vorgaben
  • Vorbereiten von Metallbauteilen für den Beschichtungsprozess (z. B. Aufhängen, Abnehmen und Sichtkontrolle)
  • Einrichten und Anpassen von Maschineneinstellungen zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Rüst-, Einstell- und Umrüstarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Überwachung der Beschichtungsqualität sowie Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Wartung und Pflege der Produktionsanlagen gemäß Wartungsplan Sicherstellen von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Arbeitsbereich
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben des REISS Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystems sowie aller qualitäts-, umwelt- und sicherheitsrelevanten Prozesse Interessiert? Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Führung von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise im Bereich Metallverarbeitung oder Pulverbeschichtung
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • hohe Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung
