  • Die Mertens Gruppe ist ein seit 1924 familiengeführtes Unternehmen in Gütersloh. Als Partner der Automobilindustrie fertigen wir hochwertige Metall- und Kunststoffteile. Unsere Stanz- und Umformtechnik ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Produktion – dafür suchen wir erfahrene Anlagenführer (m/w/d), die unsere Pressen zuverlässig bedienen und überwachen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Stanz- und Umformpressen
  • Rüsten der Anlagen nach Produktionsvorgaben
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und rechtzeitige Störungsbeseitigung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Zuständigkeit
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsabläufe und Stückzahlen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie Werkzeugbau und Instandhaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Stanz- und/oder Umformpressen, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Metallverarbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und Produktionsprozesse
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
