Ihre Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs sowie Durchführung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen, insbesondere im Bereich Heizung, Dampferzeugung, Warm- und Kaltwasserversorgung sowie Sanitärtechnik
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Störungsbehebungen und kleineren Reparaturarbeiten sowie Austausch und Erneuerung von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen
Dokumentation und Pflege von Wartungs-, Prüf-, Fehler- und Inspektionsprotokollen
Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst / Notdienst

Ihr Profil:
✔️ Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker (gn) S/H/K, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (gn) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
✔️ Führerschein Klasse B notwendig
✔️ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
