Als dynamisch wachsendes Unternehmen im Immobiliensektor erwerben, sanieren und verwalten wir Wohnobjekte im regionalen Umfeld. Aufgrund zahlreicher laufender und geplanter Sanierungsprojekte erweitern wir unser Team und suchen eine qualifizierte Fachkraft im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungstechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Sanitäranlagen

Durchführung von Sanitärarbeiten in Bestandsobjekten sowie bei umfangreichen Sanierungsmaßnahmen

Montage, Reparatur und Wartung von Heizungs- und Lüftungssystemen

Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen

Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Bau- und Projektteam

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker/in SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken

Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
