VZ - 39 Stunden montags bis Freitags zwischen 7 und 19 Uhr

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Bremen einen Anlagenmechaniker/-in Sanitär-, Heizungs-Lüftungs-, und Klimatechnik

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Instandhaltung und Betrieb der technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen Elektro, Schwachstrom, Sanitär, Heizung, Lüftung
  • Kälte etc. in den Gebäuden, einschließlich der Fehlerortung, Behebung von Störungen und kleineren Reparaturen (ca. 60 %)
  • regelmäßige Inspektionen und Wartungen der technischen Anlagen und Betriebseinrichtungen einschließlich der digitalen Dokumentation (20 %)
  • Bedienung der verschiedenen Gebäudeleitsysteme (GLT) zur Fehlersuche, Anlagenoptimierung und Anlageneinstellung sowie Anpassung der Dokumentation (10 %)
  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten sowie Einweisung von Fremdfirmen in die Arbeitsbereiche im Hinblick auf die Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutzordnung, Heißarbeitserlaubnis (10 %)

Ihr Profil:

  • eine erfolgreiche abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker/-in Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, und Klimatechnik
  • Teamfähigkeit
