Unseren Handwerksbetrieb gibt es seit 2016 mit festem Firmensitz in Potsdam. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören die Planung, Realisierung und Betreuung von Anlagentechnik aus den Bereichen Sanitär-, Heizung-, Lüftung- und Klimatechnik.

Wir suchen für unseren Betrieb, bestehend aus vier Handwerkern von Lehrling, Monteur und Meister motivierte Mitarbeiter, die uns mit branchenübergreifendem Fachwissen im Unternehmen verstärken.

Wir bieten gern auch über einen Quereinstieg in unsere Branche Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit Ihr handwerkliches Geschick zu erweitern. Über eine ausreichende Einarbeitungszeit mit starker Unterstützung vom Team wird eine angemessene Betreuung gewährleistet. Über zusätzliche Lehrgänge besteht die Möglichkeit, Fachwissen zu erlangen und mit Erhalt von einem Zeugnis zu bestätigen.

Verdienst: Stundenlohn

16,00 EUR Quereinsteiger

18,50 EUR Monteur

Der angegebene Stundenlohn gilt als min. Brutto-Stundenlohn und kann je nach Qualifizierung anders ausfallen.

Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Donnerstag von 07:00 – 16:30 Uhr

Freitag von 08:00 – 14:30 Uhr

keine Notdienstbereitschaft und Wochenendarbeit

Urlaub: Unsere Mitarbeiter erhalten 27 Tage Urlaub im Jahr.
