Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination eines Umzugsteams
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Umzügen, Umstellungen und Transportaufträgen
  • Einsatzplanung sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Fachbereiche und externe Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für Material, Fahrzeuge und Arbeitsmittel
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Leistungsnachweisen und Berichten
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und effizienten Arbeitsabläufen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Möbel-, Küchen- und Umzugsservice, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare handwerkliche, technische oder logistische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umzugsmanagement, Facility Management, Logistik oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP- oder Auftragsmanagementsystemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich , BE oder C1 idealerweise vorhanden
