Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Reparatur, Instandhaltung und Wartung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • · Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen an Sanitär- und Heizungsanlagen gemäß geltenden Vorschriften
  • · Ausführung von Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten unter Beachtung technischer Standards und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • · Mitarbeit in der Haustechnik zur Optimierung der technischen Gebäudeinfrastruktur
  • · Übernahme abgestimmter Bereitschaftsdienste zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen 24/7-Betriebs

Anforderungen

  • · Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (w/m/d) für Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- oder Kältetechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • · Kenntnisse in Elektro- und MSR-Technik sowie idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Kältetechnik
  • · Sichere Kenntnisse in Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik sowie EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • · Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten unter Einhaltung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
