Du wünschst dir einen warmen, klimatisierten Büroarbeitsplatz, von dem aus du deinen Kollegen zu Buderus Heizungssystemen als Experte beratend zur Seite stehst?

Dann suchen wir dich als Anlagenmechaniker:in, Elektriker:in oder Mechatroniker:in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit - nach erfolgter Einarbeitung (ca. 6 Monate vor Ort in Magdeburg) auch gern im hybriden Wechselmodell.

  • Du übernimmst die telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung zu Buderus-Produkten und Spezialthemen.
  • Für die fernmündliche Fehler- und Störungsanalyse sowie die Problembehebung stehen dir verschiedene Buderus-Heizanlagen an deinem Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung. So kannst du mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Außendienst alle Lösungsschritte gemeinsam erarbeiten und eine optimale, praxisnahe Beratung durchführen.
  • Bei Bedarf erfasst du Aufträge, beschaffst die nötigen Ersatzteile über die Katalogsuche und löst die Bestellungen aus.

### Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker, Heizungsinstallateur, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Energieberater, Elektriker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich wünschenswert oder entsprechende langjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässig, teamfähig, kunden- und lösungsorientiert
  • Erfahrungen und Know-How: Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem flexiblen und geregelten Schichtmodell (Mo-Fr 7-20 Uhr, Sa 8-18 Uhr, So 9-16 Uhr - Arbeit am Wochenende ca. 1-2x pro Monat), das wir an deine Bedürfnisse und Lebensumstände anpassen können
