Die HLS Versorgungs- und Umwelttechnik GmbH ist als eigenständiges Tochterunternehmen der B&O Bau und Projekte GmbH.

Wir haben uns auf die Installation und Errichtung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen im Rahmen von Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsvorhaben aber auch Neubauten spezialisiert. Wir realisieren Projekte für die deutsche Wohnungswirtschaft in einem konjunkturunabhängigen und stark wachsenden Marktumfeld. Bewirb dich für einen unserer Standorte: Chemnitz, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Jena, Halle, Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, Erlangen, Fürth oder Nürnberg.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte und den technischen Regeln entsprechende Realisierung der Arbeitsaufgabe
  • Erfüllung der vertraglich geforderten Leistungen und handwerklich korrekte Umsetzung der Ausführung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Baustelle und gewerkeübergreifende Koordination
  • Aufmaß, Bestellung und Disposition von Material
  • Leitung und Einteilung der Arbeitskräfte

## Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung oder eine nachweisbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den benannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bestandspflege und Sanierung von Wohnimmobilien, insbesondere der Heizungs- Lüftungs- und Sanitärinstallation, ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und gewerkübergreifende Denkweise
  • Leitung und Einteilung der Arbeitskräfte
