Für ein Wohnungsunternehmen in Hannover besetzen wir eine feste Stelle im eigenen Bauservice. Die Anstellung erfolgt direkt beim Eigentümer, keine Zeitarbeit und keine Subunternehmertätigkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

Kundendienst sowie Service- und Wartungsarbeiten an Heizungszentralen und Sanitärinstallationen. Reparatur und Instandhaltung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen im eigenen Wohnbestand. Aufmaßerstellung und Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten, da Sie im bewohnten Bestand arbeiten. Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung. Führerschein der Klasse B.

Was geboten wird

Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag mit 14 Gehältern und regelmäßigen tariflichen Anpassungen. 37-Stunden-Woche mit Gleitzeit, 30 Tage Urlaub, Heiligabend und Silvester zusätzlich frei. Kein Notdienst und keine Rufbereitschaft. Betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket und JobBike.
