## Endlich mal was fertig bauen.

Du bleibst auf Deiner Baustelle, bis die Anlage läuft. Dieselbe Anlage, dieselben Kollegen, bis zur Übergabe. Manche Baustellen laufen ein halbes bis ein ganzes Jahr.

  • Enloc ist Energieversorger aus Dresden und liefert Wärme über Verträge mit langer Laufzeit.
  • Die Wärmepumpen- und PV-Anlagen dafür baut das eigene Bauteam: zehn Leute, ein Hersteller, Neubau statt Notdienst.

## Dein Tag

6:30 Uhr steigst Du vor Deiner Haustür ins Auto, das Werkzeug liegt drin. Kein Umweg über die Zentrale.

7 Uhr bist Du auf der Baustelle, derselben wie gestern. Dein Revier: Heizungskeller und Außenanlage.

Mittags kommt Maik vorbei, unser Meister. Fehlt Material, rufst Du ihn an, es kommt mit der nächsten Tour.

16 Uhr ist Feierabend auf der Baustelle. Danach geht's nach Hause.

Morgen geht es auf derselben Baustelle weiter.

## Das steht fest

3.000–3.300 € brutto im Monat, dazu Jahresprämie

Höchstens 60 Minuten bis zur Baustelle, die Fahrzeit wird bezahlt

Dein Auto steht bei Dir zu Hause

Keine Montage. Auswärts nur, wenn Du willst

Wochenende ist Wochenende, außer Du hast Bereitschaft. Rausgerufen wirst Du im Schnitt zweimal im Jahr. Und das wird zusätzlich bezahlt.

30 Tage Urlaub, 107 € Essensgeld im Monat, Kita- und Internetzuschuss

Überstunden gibt es als Geld oder als freie Zeit

Dein nächster Schein geht auf uns: Kälte, Elektro, LKW oder Bagger

Wechselprämie: 1.000 € brutto zum Start, 2.000 € brutto nach der Probezeit. Zurückzahlen musst Du nichts
