## Deine Aufgaben

  • Festlegung des Personals, der Terminpläne sowie Einsatz der Technik in Abstimmung Projektleiter
  • Ausführung der Arbeiten gemäß Vertrag, Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Einsatz und Führung der Belegschaft auf der Baustelle unter Berücksichtigung
  • Absprachen und Koordination mit Nachunternehmern auf der Baustelle
  • Materialbestellungen
  • Aufnahme von Angeboten und Erkennung zusätzlicher Arbeiten
  • Tägliche Führung des Bautagebuchs, Bautagesberichte, Aufmaße
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als SHK-Anlagenmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung von mehreren Jahren
  • Selbstverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Sympathisches und souveränes Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
