Als Herzstück unserer Praxis hältst du dem Therapeutenteam den Rücken frei und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf:

  • Herzlicher Empfang: Du bist für die freundliche Begrüßung und die Annahme unserer Patienten zuständig.
  • Organisation: Du übernimmst die Terminvergabe und Koordination – sowohl klassisch am Telefon als auch modern via WhatsApp.
  • Administration: Du kümmerst dich zuverlässig um die Abrechnung (Rezeptkontrolle, Zuzahlungen etc.) und allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben.
  • Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung im medizinischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. als MFA, Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen) – aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit Organisationstalent sind herzlich willkommen!
  • Du bist ein offener, kommunikativer Mensch und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und dein Lächeln.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und kennst dich gut mit dem PC aus (für Termin-Software und WhatsApp-Kommunikation).
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und arbeitest gerne im Team.
