IP-GÖTZ ist eine Patent- und Rechtsanwaltskanzlei mit den Schwerpunkten nationaler/internationaler gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Beratung/Betreuung von mittelständischen Unternehmen und Erfindern. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Nürnberg suchen wir ab sofort eine Anwaltsassistenz (w/m/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit .

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die allgemeine Büroorganisation sowie administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Sie führen und pflegen unsere elektronische Schutzrechtsverwaltung und kümmern sich um die Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Ämtern/Gerichten sowie KollegInnen im In- und Ausland führen Sie souverän in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten oder Fremdsprachenkorrespondenten erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert
  • Wenn Sie zudem die Bereitschaft mitbringen, sich in das vielfältige Gebiet des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes einzuarbeiten, passen Sie perfekt in unser Team
