  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen bei Kunden
  • technische Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeiter
  • aktive Marktbeobachtung und Projektplanung
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Lackierproblemen, Farbtonfindung und Reklamationen
  • Mitgestaltung und Durchführung von Seminaren sowie die dazugehörige Kundenbetreuung
  • Hilfestellung für Kunden bei Verarbeitungsfragen
  • Dein Profil
  • lacktechnische Ausbildung, z.B. Maler und Lackierer, Industrielackierer, Lackiermeister o. ä.
  • sehr gute Sortimentskenntnisse im Bereich Lack von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starke Kundenorientierung mit stets freundlichem und professionellem Auftreten
  • Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B bzw. der Klasse 3
