Job Description:

1. Mengawasi proses Account Payable dan Claim Promo secara keseluruhan.

2. Memastikan verifikasi invoice dan claim dilakukan secara akurat dan sesuai prosedur.

3. Monitoring outstanding invoice, payment schedule, vendor balance, dan employee claim.

4. Melakukan review dan approval transaksi sesuai dengan kewenangan yang berlaku.

5. Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen dan ketepatan pencatatan transaksi.

6. Melakukan rekonsiliasi account payable dan vendor balance.

7. Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait invoice, payment, dan claim promo.

8. Melakukan supervisi, koordinasi, dan pengembangan anggota tim.

9. Memastikan penerapan internal control dan compliance dalam proses AP & Claim Promo.

10. Berkoordinasi dengan Purchasing, HR, Warehouse, Tax & Accounting, dan departemen terkait.

11. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan improvement untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses AP & Claim Promo.

12. Menyusun dan menyediakan laporan terkait AP & Claim Promo untuk kebutuhan management.
