Position Summary:

This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Accounting department. This role will provide various general accounting tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records
• •Assists and manages job costing for multiple locations
• •Performs the day to day management of the payment cycle
• •Creates and records journal entries
• •Reconciles assigned accounts
• •Assists with Month-End close processes
• •Assists with reporting as necessary
• •Ability to meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience and Competencies:

• •1-3 years of previous AP / accounting experience desired
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Able to multitask and appropriately follow up on outstanding tasks
• •Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
