Die Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen und zunächst auf 1 Jahr aufgrund Elternzeitvertretung befristet.

### Deine Aufgaben

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst alle Aspekte der Klinischen Pharmazie, Insbesondere:

  • Information und Beratung von Ärzten und Pflegepersonal
  • Versorgung der Stationen mit Arzneimitteln und Medizinprodukten
  • Organisatorische Betreuung unserer Arzneimittelherstellung inklusive Zytostatikazubereitung
  • Mitarbeit in klinikinternen Arbeitsgruppen und EDV-Projekten
  • Stationsarbeit inklusive pharmazeutischer Visiten und EDV-gestützter Medication-Reviews
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

### Dein Profil

  • Approbation Apotheker/-in
  • Erfahrung in der Krankenhausapotheke ist wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, serviceorientierte sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Materialwirtschaftssystemen (AMOR) und Medikations-software (ORBIS Medication) sind von Vorteil

Vor Tätigkeitsaufnahme ist ein Impfnachweis gem. lfSG bzgl. Masern, Röteln, Mumps und Varizellen vorzulegen
