Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Endocrinologist to join our growing outpatient practice in beautiful Harrisonburg, Virginia. About the Position

• •Join a collegial Endocrinology team, including 1 experienced physician, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, a Diabetic Educator, and a Dietician.
• •1 year Endocrinology experience (required)
• •Support from an experienced office and clinical staff, including a dedicated Endocrinology nurse.
• •Manage a wide spectrum of endocrine disorders, providing comprehensive care for a diverse patient population.
• •See 15-17 patients per day in the clinic, allowing for quality interactions and personalized care.
• •Benefit from a strong patient referral program to help build and maintain your patient base.
• •1 year of Endocrinology experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,900.80 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
