We are looking for 5 to 9 years of experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design, Implement and Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.

Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.

Technical requirements

5-9 years of experience in Appian development.

Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites.

Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
