• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
• - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Learning modules to meet organizational needs.
• - Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration.
• - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Learning.
• - This position is based at our Chennai office.
