• You will be joining our team with a lot of enthusiasm and passion for building knowledge and supporting the team. • •Build, configure, and test packaged software & Software as a Service (SaaS) products
• •Develop and test new components or enhancements
• •Use declarative features to develop functionality where applicable
• •Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment plan and schedule

• •Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting
• •Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support
• •It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills
• •Intermediate proficiency in Application Remediation
