Teamleader OEE Improvement

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will specify, brief, and oversee Power Platform and MES-related solutions that remove friction from our production organization's daily operations — from digital shift handover to fault logging on the line. Each day, you will work directly with production managers, process and quality engineers to turn business needs into clear specifications, build mockups and PoCs yourself to validate feasibility, and ensure the solutions delivered by external partners meet requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by assessing proposed solutions from external service providers and owning the interface between production and vendor.

The work model for the role is: most of the time onsite/ hybrid upon current taks possible.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Gathering requirements from production managers, process and quality engineers and translating them into robust, actionable specifications.
  • Building mockups and PoCs to validate feasibility and brief external service providers before solutions are built.
  • Specifying requirements to external service providers, obtaining and assessing their proposals, and approving the resulting solution design.
  • Overseeing implementation by external partners, validating delivered solutions against requirements, and supporting rollout and user training in production.
  • Our team dynamics
  • You will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Your main tasks

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to digitalize and optimize manufacturing processes and support daily production operations.

Integrate and connect SQL databases, REST APIs, and machine data while ensuring compliance with IT standards and leveraging gateways and connectors.

Gather and analyze requirements from production stakeholders, translate them into practical solution designs, and manage implementation, user training, and continuous improvement.

Support the deployment of shopfloor and MES solutions , collaborate with external partners, and progressively take ownership of vendor management and the interface between production and solution providers

Qualifications for the role

Completed education as a Higher Diploma (HF) in Computer Science (Application Development), a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.

At least 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, demonstrated through solutions you have independently developed, deployed, and supported.

Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, or Python, with a solid understanding of application architecture, REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure; certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or AZ-204 are considered an advantage.

Fluent German and good English skills , as you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.

Strong interest in manufacturing and production environments; you enjoy working directly with shopfloor teams and production processes, not just from behind a desk.
