## Das macht Ihnen Spaß

  • Fachliche und technische Beratung im Gesamtkontext LFS (Lagerführungssystem) des Herstellers EPG sowie weiterer Softwarelösungen
  • Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports, Ursachenanalyse bei Incidents und Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen
  • Prüfung, Freigabe und Begleitung von Change Requests sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität der Applikationen durch Monitoring und qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Durchführung von IT- und fachlichen Tests für LFS und angrenzende Systeme
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von LFS-Prozessen, inkl. der Erstellung von Reports und Belegen
  • Mithilfe bei der Analyse und Konsolidierung von Kundenanforderungen im LFS-Kontext

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerführungssystemen idealerweise von EPG, entweder in der IT-Beratung oder im Applikationsmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Support und Customizing von Warehouse Management Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Schnittstellen (z. B. EDIFACT, IDOC) sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit SQL und Reporting-Tools
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Überzeugendes, kundenorientiertes Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Verständnis für logistische Prozesse
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalteadressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
