Apprentice Shower Installer
Learn a Trade | Paid Training | Full Time Traverse City & Northern Michigan
BathWorks of Michigan is the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer. We install premium bath and shower systems for homeowners across Michigan and are growing our team in Northern Michigan.
We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals who want to start a career in the skilled trades. No plumbing license required. If you’re good with your hands and ready to learn, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do
Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower installations • Remove old tubs and showers • Help install new premium Jacuzzi systems • Learn plumbing connections, carpentry, and finish work • Work inside customers’ homes delivering a clean finished product • Keep job sites organized and professional
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability • Comfortable working with tools and hands on projects • Willingness to learn a skilled trade • Positive attitude and team mindset • Construction or trades experience is helpful but not required
