Job Description

Familiarize oneself with the requests/instructions for intervention.
Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance interventions on products sold by MTU.
Carry out complex interventions under the supervision of a more experienced diesel mechanic (e.g., QL3-QL4).
Generate parts lists during interventions in case of shortages or other technical issues encountered, and order the necessary parts.
Learn to create technical intervention reports and provide administrative information related to travel (work hours, routes, etc.).
Maintain relationships with clients at the beginning and end of interventions.
Assess risks upon arrival at the client's site and document them accordingly.
Provide feedback on interventions (safety, technical aspects, etc.) with a focus on continuous improvement.

Prendre connaissance des demandes/consignes d'intervention.
Réaliser des interventions de maintenance mécanique préventive et curative sur les produits vendus par mtu.
Réaliser des interventions complexes sous supervision d'un mécanicien diéséliste plus expérimenté (exemple QL3-QL4).
Editer des listes de pièces lors d'interventions en cas de manque ou d'autres problématiques techniques rencontrées et faire commander les pièces nécessaires.
Apprendre à réaliser les rapports techniques d'intervention et renseigner les informations administratives liées au déplacement (temps de travail ; trajet etc.).
Assurer le relationnel avec les Clients lors du démarrage des travaux et en fin d'intervention.
Réaliser l'évaluation des risques en arrivant chez le Client et la renseigner sur l'application.
Remonter les informations propres à ses interventions (sécurité, technique etc…) dans une logique d'amélioration continue
