Job Description:

  • Works to achieve day-to-day Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering objectives with moderate impact as communicated by leadership. Updates process documents for defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products.
  • Helps test/debug prototypes of new designs, and verifies and documents that specifications are met.
  • Writes assembly procedures and QC test procedures for new designs.
  • Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
