###### *Industriereiniger/in bzw. Produktions- oder Metallbauhelfer/-in *

Anforderungen und Aufgaben je nach Einsatzgebiet

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Sorgfalt
  • Schwindelfreiheit und hohe Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute körperliche Konstitution
  • Anlagenreinigung und -überwachung (auch ohne Geräte)
  • Einfache Metallarbeiten (Bohren, Flexen, Schrauben)
  • Zuarbeit für die Facharbeiter im Anlagen- und Maschinenbau
  • Transportarbeiten
  • Abrissarbeiten

Qualifikation

  • gerne Quereinsteiger
  • Erfahrungen in einem Produktionsbetrieb (Metall) wünschenswert
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb (nicht zwingend)
  • Führerscheinklasse B (früher 3) nicht zwingend
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Konditionen

  • übertarifliche Entlohnung gemäß DGB/GVP Tarif
  • Vollzeit, unbefristete Anstellung
  • 5-Tage-Arbeitswoche, vorrangig Montag-Freitag
  • alle Arbeitssachen werden gestellt
  • Einsatzort Schwedt - keine Montagetätigkeit
  • Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld, Gesundheitsprämie
