Bedarf an Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d): 12-24 Personen

• •EINSATZGEBIET: Deutschland / Österreich - Landesweit
• •ERLERNTER BERUF: möglichst Land- oder Forstwirtschaft
• •ERFAHRUNG: zwingend Erfahrung 1-2 Jahre in der Pflanzung von Forstpflanzen im Wald und auf der Wiese. Pflanzverfahren, Umgang mit
• Pflanzen, Pflanzqualität.
• •UNTERKUNFTSMÖGLICHKEIT: wird von uns ausgesucht, gebucht, gestellt und bezahlt. Überwiegend Pensionen, Ferienwohnungen oder
• Monteurzimmer mit Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine.

• Aufgaben:
• •fachgerechte Pflanzung von kleinen (Forst-) Bäumen oder Sträuchern im Wald mit Spaten oder Erdlochbohrer (nach Anleitung)
• •Zaunbau/Errichtung oder Zaunabbau/Rückbau von Wildschutzzäunen im Wald
• •Freischneide- und Mäharbeiten (während des Sommers)
• •Fachgerechter und sorgfältiger Transport / Beladen / Entladen von Pflanzen oder Material

• Profil:
• •Körperliche Fitness und Bereitschaft zur körperlichen Arbeit im Freien auch bei Regen oder Schnee
• •Kenntnisse bei der Pflanzung von Forstpflanzen ( Baumarten / Pflanzverfahren / Art der Pflanzung)
• •Erfahrung im Zaunbau von Vorteil
• •Erfahrung im Umgang mit Freischneider von Vorteil
• •Teamgeist, Sozialkompetenz sehr ausgeprägt – es werden Gruppen/Teams aus 4-6 Arbeitern gebildet, die während des Einsatzes immer gemeinsam arbeiten, wohnen und leben
• •Selbständiges und zuverlässiges Handeln, Leistungsbereitschaft, Engagement, Flexibilität und körperliche Belastbarkeit
• •Kundenfreundliches Auftreten und Kommunikation
• •Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil – der Gruppe wird ein Fahrzeug (Transporter Mercedes Sprinter/VW Bus mit Ladefläche sowie Werkzeug für
• die Ausführung der Arbeiten auf den Baustellen übergeben) bis 3,5 to Gesamtgewicht

• We are looking for Employees (m/f/d)
• in the field of tree planting, fence construction, mowing work

Need for employees (m/f/d): 12-24 people

• •AREA OF APPLICATION: Germany / Austria - nationwide
• •TRAINED PROFESSION: preferably agriculture or forestry
• •EXPERIENCE: mandatory 1-2 year experience in planting forest plants in forest and meadow. Planting procedures, handling
• plants, plant quality.
• •ACCOMMODATION: will be selected, booked, provided and paid for by us.
• Mostly guesthouses, holiday apartments or fitter rooms with kitchen, bathroom and washing machine.

• Tasks:
• •professional planting of small (forest) trees or bushes in the forest with a spade or auger (according to instructions)
• •Fence construction/erection or fence dismantling/removal of game protection fences in the forest
• •Clearing and mowing work (during the summer)
• •Professional and careful transport / loading / unloading of plants or material

• Profile:
• •Physical fitness and willingness to do physical work outdoors, even in the rain or snow
• •Knowledge of planting forest plants (tree species / planting methods / type of planting)
• •Experience in fence construction is an advantage
• •Experience in handling brush cutters is an advantage
• •Team spirit, social skills very pronounced - groups/teams of 4-6 workers are formed, who always
• work, reside and live together
• •Independent and reliable action, willingness to perform, commitment, flexibility and physical resilience
• •Customer-friendly appearance and communication
• •Class B driver's license an advantage - the group will be given a vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter/VW bus van with loading area and tools for
• carry out the work on the construction site) up to a total weight of 3.5 tons
