## Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung von praktischen Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsangeboten für Jugendliche
  • Vermittlung wichtiger Grundlagen für die Arbeitswelt – z. B. Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamarbeit und Ausdauer
  • Pädagogische Beziehungsarbeit im Arbeitskontext
  • Förderung von Arbeitsverhalten, Selbstständigkeit und persönlichen Stärken
  • Unterstützung bei der beruflichen Orientierung und Perspektivplanung
  • Entwicklung eigener Ideen und Projekte, die Jugendliche begeistern und zum Mitmachen motivieren
  • Begleitung und Reflexion der Entwicklung der Jugendlichen

## Du bringst mit

  • Eine pädagogische Ausbildung oder ein pädagogisches Studium, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Arbeitspädagogik
  • Freude daran, Jugendliche zu begleiten, zu motivieren und ihnen etwas zuzutrauen
  • Praktisches Geschick und idealerweise Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren Bereichen, z. B. Holz, Metall, Garten, Technik oder Kreativhandwerk
  • Kreativität, Geduld und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
